Anyone who knows me knows I can hyper fixate on the most random things. After leaving no stone unturned in the fitness and nutrition space something else caught my eye, Menopause. Inspired by the great matriarchs of my family and friends, like Alice down the rabbit hole I went. Flabbergasted by the enormous yet often not spoken about changes that women undergo in perimenopause, domain expertise in fitness & nutrition, and fueled with the precision and tenacity of a tenured Mechanical Engineer, the picture emerged. I cast aside the mechanical widgets and dedicated my life to helping women not survive but thrive through perimenopause.
