You might be wondering what a guy like me has to offer when it comes to women's health, especially perimenopause. It's a fair question, and the answer lies in an unexpected journey fueled by my analytical mind and the inspiring women in my life. As a Mechanical Engineer with a background in computational mathematics, I've always been driven by understanding complex systems. When I turned my focus to my own well-being, I applied that same rigor to the world of nutrition and fitness. This eventually led me down a deep dive into human endocrinology and the often-overlooked realities of women's hormonal changes. Witnessing the experiences of the matriarchs in my life, I was struck by the need for more informed and empathetic support. That's why I founded Cacti Fit; to bring a data-driven, understanding approach to helping women not just survive, but thrive through perimenopause. No mansplaining here, just a commitment to providing the knowledge and support you deserve. Ready to explore how we can work together?

I’ve spent over a decade under the bar, but joining the Cacti Fit team was the turning point where my physical strength finally met a truly sustainable, holistic philosophy. Even as an experienced lifter with a BS in Psychology, I found that Cacti Fit offered a well of knowledge that transformed my perspective on the industry. It was through the exceptional, science-based programming that I was finally able to conquer a 375lb deadlift PR, but more importantly, I found a community that values realistic goal setting over the "all or nothing" grind. I joined the team because I wanted to share that sense of empowerment with women and others, by coaching from a place of evidence-backed knowledge within the context of a woman’s body rather than just blanket intensity. My goal is to help you build a body you feel good in, that is as capable as it is resilient, using the same elite tools that helped me bridge the gap between being a "female lifter" and a truly empowered athlete.
